Shipping Policy

Local pickup Pickup is free from either of our locations. Choose pickup at checkout.

Ohariu: 106 Takarau Gorge Road, Ohariu, Wellington 6037. Phone +64 27 404 6815. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours. Please bring your order confirmation email when you collect. Contactless pickup is available on request.

Ōtaki: 6 Lemon Street, Ōtaki 5512. Phone +64 21 027 19406. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.

Delivery zones and rates Wellington: free delivery on orders of $10.00 or more North Island: $20.00 South Island: $30.00

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Bulky and heavy items We can't ship bulky or heavy products weighing 20 kg or more outside the Wellington area. These items can be delivered within Wellington or collected from Ohariu or Ōtaki. For bulky feed deliveries in Wellington, we may contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time, and large orders may be split into more than one delivery. If you order a 20 kg+ item for delivery outside Wellington, we'll contact you before processing to arrange pickup or refund that item.

What we need from you Please give us a full street address (no PO boxes for heavy items), a contact phone number, and any gate codes or access notes for rural properties. You can add delivery notes in the order comments.

Stock and delays If an item in your order is out of stock or delayed, we'll email you as soon as possible. You can choose to wait, swap to an available product, or get a refund for that item.
